Meg Hayden
Marguerite (Meg) Hayden has worked across human capital disciplines since 1983. Her global experience includes business transformation and organization design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, expatriate management, immigration, leadership development, compensation, benefits planning and administration, change leadership, HR operations and HRIS, employment law and compliance, and internal communication.
As Worldwide Director of Human Resources at Berlitz, she guided organization design and restructuring. Prior to this role, Meg served as Global Head of Human Resources for Hewlett-Packard Financial Services (HPFS). During this time, she successfully led integration of HPFS line functions into the parent company Center of Excellence (COE) structure including communication, change management, job architecture, compensation, and related actions.
Meg’s previous HR leadership roles include Organization and Professional Development and Leadership and Learning at AT&T and Prudential. She started her career in Training and Operations at Dean Witter (now Morgan Stanley).
Meg holds a Master’s of Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University. She received a B.S. in Communication from Illinois State University. Meg is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Global Professional in HR (GPHR) and Senior Professional in HR (SPHR). She has also served as the HR Committee Chair for Imagine, A Center for Coping with Loss and an Eleventh Hour Volunteer with the Center for Hospice & Palliative Care.
